We experienced an issue that temporarily prevented recipients from logging into the MyPaymentVault website. Recipients may have encountered error messages such as “Undefined” during login attempts. The issue was fully resolved at 1:53 PM EST, and normal login functionality has been restored. Recipients should now be able to access the site without any problems.
