Microsoft Outage Impacting Onbe Multiple Services

Microsoft has completed recovery efforts related to the earlier DNS issues, and services have been fully restored as of 8:05 PM ET. All impacted Onbe applications and Azure-hosted services are now fully operational.
Onbe teams will continue to monitor performance to ensure continued stability and reliability.

Microsoft is anticipating full recovery by approximately 23:20 UTC (7:20 PM ET) today as they continue recovering the affected nodes.
Some Onbe services remain operational, while other applications, including Mypaymentvault recipient websites and various Azure services are still experiencing intermittent issues.
We remain committed to full resolution and deeply appreciate your patience as we work through this situation. We will be providing further updates as Microsoft progresses toward a complete resolution.
Microsoft recovery process is still ongoing. They are restoring nodes and routing traffic through healthy nodes, which is expected to result in continued service improvements.

Microsoft is in the process of rolling back to a previous state to mitigate the ongoing disruption. Unfortunately, no estimated time for completion has been provided at this time.

We have learned from Microsoft that the outage is a DNS issues starting around 16:00 UTC, resulting in availability degradation across some of their services, including Azure Front Door and Azure Portal access. Microsoft is actively working to mitigate the issue and restore access as soon as possible.
