We continue to make strong progress clearing the reporting backlog following the Microsoft Azure outage. Most processing has been completed, with remaining reporting delays expected to be resolved within the next few hours. Our technical teams remain actively engaged and continue to monitor performance in coordination with Microsoft.
We appreciate your continued patience and will provide further updates as progress is made.
As of 9:00 AM ET, payroll files have been processed, and all client batch file processing is fully up to date. The only remaining impact is reporting delays, which our technical teams are actively working to resolve on the incident bridge.
We appreciate your patience as we work to fully restore normal service.
We are currently experiencing an issue affecting some of our platform functionality due to a major Microsoft outage caused by a regional power disruption in the Azure region where our application is mainly hosted. Reporting and certain file processing, including payroll files, may be delayed, but core APIs and transaction processing are not impacted and fully operational.
Our teams are working diligently to restore full service and will share updates as more information becomes available.
