Platform Add-Funds Transaction Interruption

On June 21, the add-funds function for plastic products was temporarily unavailable and remained impacted until 11:15 AM ET. The issue was successfully resolved at that time, and transaction processing has been stable and operating normally since.

As part of post-incident actions, the technology teams are reviewing and enhancing monitoring and validation processes to enable earlier detection and mitigate the risk of recurrence.
